Hey! I’m Cassandra, a New York native who has happily called South Carolina home since 2007. I’m a wife, a bonus mom, a dog mom, and recently a chicken mom! I was basically raised in the salon but being in the beauty industry my entire life is where I cultivated my passion for creativity. I started doing nails as a hobby, it was a wonderful outlet and something I grew to throughly love. Although nail designs are one of my favorite things to do, connecting with people and helping them feel confident in themselves has been the most rewarding part of this profession. I’m proud to be an independent provider and collaborate with clients to create one of a kind designs and a unique experience! Other Policies: Child and Guest Safety In order to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, children are only permitted in the suite if they are receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, NO child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. I do not want to compromise your or other guest’s experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are bringing a guest with you please limit to 1 person and reach out to let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Inclement Weather Conditions Your safety is my priority. I ask that you keep an eye on the weather forecast when you have an upcoming appointment and reschedule it with at least 24 hours of notice if you feel uncomfortable driving in uncertain conditions. I typically will wait and see what the weather is going to do before making a decision to stay open or close. If you aren’t comfortable waiting to hear whether I will remain open or not and don’t want to risk being charged a fee, I recommend that you move your appointment just so you have peace of mind. For those of you who are okay waiting for me to make the call as we get closer to the predicted day of inclement weather, feel free to keep your appointment on my schedule. I will not charge cancellation fees for appointments that I reschedule due to the salon closing.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. A 24 hour notice for all amendments to appointments will help avoid a cancellation fee. (This includes only doing one of multiple services booked.) Please note that a 100% service total will be charged for same day cancellation, no-shows, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or tardiness past 10 minutes. Excessive cancellation, reschedules, or tardiness will be blocked from further bookings.
